Coach.

Leading By Example...

You Practice Today How You Will Play Tomorrow.

I am a UESCA certified run coach and a running enthusiast.

In high school, we wrote letters to ourselves and my teacher mailed it to us 5 years later. I opened and read my former self talking about how I had tried to run and hated every second of it. Little did I know that my future self would be reading this letter after completing multiple half and full marathons. Anything is possible with a little hard work!

As a coach, I want to help meet you where you are at and stand beside you to get you to where you want to be. I place a huge emphasis on establishing safe and effective running plans that are uniquely tailored to you.

I believe every runner has a right to a path towards their goals; no matter their pace, no matter their experience. I welcome runners of all levels and abilities.

Converging Inspiration With Motivation...

I danced all growing up but when I went to college I knew I needed something to keep me moving. I took my first step class and was immediately hooked. I fell in love with all forms of fitness classes. I tried out to be a fitness instructor in 2007 and have been teaching ever since. I am Schwinn indoor cycle certified and AFAA Group Fitness certified.

I love creating safe, effective, and unique classes that help people reach their goals and fall in love with movement.

Fitness Is Something We Do For

Our Bodies Not To Our Bodies.

After 15 years as a fitness instructor, I have an understanding of a variety of movement types that can be implemented to help reach your specific goals. From strength building to cross training, I can stand beside you every step of the way.

Mother.

Daily Exercising Patient Persistence...

I am a mom to 4 amazing children and it is my favorite job! I have a 7 year-old, twin 5 year-olds, and a 3 year-old. I am aware of the unique challenge of balancing a training schedule and a family. My goal as a coach is to work specifically with your schedule to train towards your goals.

As a mom, I want to pass down a love for movement to my kids. I want them to see anything worth doing is worth working for. Some of my favorite races are the fun runs I have finished with my kids.

I am currently leading a kid's run club at my children's school to begin a love for running in the heart of kids at a young age.
